and for some reason when i am clicking on any User it says *Username* [Banning]

is it just Me or is it the Forum fault?

This is not a bug. You have this new option because you are in the global moderators group. It is useful when you notice a spammer posting things, you just ban him before he has time to post more

oh How Embarrassing and i thought my Opera goes nuts and does things like that
