Hey All,
I have installed TA3d 0.5.4 on my Mac (running Snow Leopard) and the game all runs fine, except the terrain. Everything is normal, even the 3d characters, but the map itself is almost pure white. If I zoom way out, the terrain looks correct, but then the units turn to blue squares.
Is this some setting with my graphics or what do you think could be causing this?
Thanks for your help.

Re: Terrain Display Problems on OS X
It seems there is a problem with the fragment program/shader that renders the map texture. Try to disable shadow maps (set shadows to none or low) and disable details texture.
If it doesn't solve the problem try to disable GLSL completely.

The problem has not been fixed, even in the v0.6.

Zuzuf, you're amazing. It looks like it was the detailed texture that was causing the problem. Odd, because I didn't have that turned on be default and it still had the problem. I turned off the shadows AND the detail and it worked, then I turned the shadows back on and it still worked. Whatever it was, it's working now and I'm happy! Thank you!zuzuf wrote:It seems there is a problem with the fragment program/shader that renders the map texture. Try to disable shadow maps (set shadows to none or low) and disable details texture.
