Nanolathe stuff

Well, two major suggestions:

- make nanolathe particles square like in TA
- set nanolathe color same as the player color.

What do you guys think?

I liked the original nanolathe squares more as well :P. Would be nice to see them in TA3D.

I can haz different nanolathe effects? :P

NanolatheEffect=0; //0 for TA one, 1 for nanolathe effect similar to when a Tau earth caste build something-see W40k Dark Crusade game, 2 for placing beacon which the building drop out of the sky-see W40k Dark Crusade when a Servitor builds something

Currently this part of the engine is far from being modular which means it can't be done easily. After the 0.6 branch becomes stable I would like to experiment something : a Lua API to design new special effects for anything in the game in order to allow adding effects without changing anything in the engine code. Maybe the build effect could be implemented using a Lua effect script.

Different colours and Different Images for those nanolate yes
Well i guess you could replace the Nanolathe texture it is somewhere put in a folder
